What is the Hong Kong Philatelic Society Journal?

School News : We publish a Journal every year which contains useful articles aiming to promote philately in Hong Kong. Free copies are available for school philatelic clubs, please contact us or Hongkong Post Stamps for details. In additional we also publish a monthly newsletter for members and parts of it can be viewed from the NEWS page.
